Yes, we serve vegetarian, non-vegetarian, and Jain meals at the resort. Jain food is prepared separately and served in the restaurant area during meal timings.
Are your rooms air-conditioned?
Yes, all our rooms are air-conditioned.
Is there a swimming pool at the resort?
Yes, there is a common swimming pool at the resort measuring 40 feet in length and 20 feet in width, with a depth of 4.25 feet. Additionally all the cottages have their own infinity private plunge pools.
What activities do you have in your resort?
We offer Horse Riding, Indoor Pool Table, Indoor Table tennis, Board Games, a common swimming pool with Party Area and a 7500 sft indoor multipurpose sports court where guests can play cricket, basketball, volleyball, or badminton. Nearby activities include Nirwana Waterfall trekking at Tikona Fort (approximately 2.5 km away), as well as kayaking, boating, and paragliding (subject to weather conditions) around the resort.
How long would it take to reach from Mumbai and Pune?
We are located approximately 2.5 hours from Mumbai (roughly 120 km) and 1.5 hours from Pune (roughly 80 km).
What are the mobile networks that function?
Vodafone-Idea, Jio, and Airtel have good connectivity.
Is there any extra charge for drivers accompanying the guests?
Drivers are permitted to stay within the premises at an extra charge at staff quarters. We have ample rooms.
Do you have separate accommodation for domestic help?
We do not provide separate accommodation for domestic help. They are charged as per extra adult charges, with the same inclusions and facilities as all guests. There are Separate Washrooms for them
Are you pet-friendly?
Unfortunately, we are not a pet-friendly resort.
Do you provide any transportation services?
We are currently unable to provide transportation services. However, we can connect you to different agencies used by our guests.
Are any meals included in our package?
Breakfast is included (8:30 am to 10:30 am).
What are the essentials to be carried during Monsoon and Winter?
For the Monsoon season, appropriate rainwear such as windcheaters, sturdy umbrellas, and suitable footwear are recommended. For Winters, a light cardigan or jacket should suffice.
Do you have a 24-hour reception?
We do not have a 24-hour reception, but in case of an emergency, a mobile number is provided to all guests at the time of check-in, which can be reached 24/7. All services (i.e., housekeeping/in-room dining) stop at 11:00 pm.
Do you have intercoms in the room?
We do not have an intercom facility. At check-in, we provide each guest with a mobile number that they may call for any requirements, i.e., room and housekeeping services. These services are available from 8:00 am to 11:00 pm.
Is Sheesha permitted in the premises?
Sheesha is strictly prohibited within the resort premises. If caught, guests may be charged with hefty fines as per Government Rules and Regulations.
Do you provide baby cots/cribs for infants?
We do not have provisions for baby cots/cribs. If needed, an extra mattress can be made available at a charge of ₹1,500 per night.
How is the approach road to the resort?
The approach road is completely cemented and in perfect condition.

What is the size of the property?
We are spread over 9 acres and have 11 cottages in Phase 1, each having an area of 750 sq ft. with a Private Infinity plunge pool. For details, you may refer to the “Rooms & Tariff” category.
How many people can be accommodated in each room?
All room tariffs are based on 2 adults per room, per night. Extra adults and children between 6 to 11 years are chargeable. Maximum occupancy for every Cottage is 4. Please refer to “Rooms & Tariff” page for further details.
