Terms & Conditions

  1. The room rates mentioned are as per night, inclusive of Breakfast from our Menu placed in the Room.
  2. The room rates mentioned are exclusive of 18% Applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST)
  3. Check-in is at 2:00 pm and Check-out is at 11:00 am for all guests staying at Azure Lakeside
  4. The use of Sheesha / Hookah is strictly prohibited anywhere in the resort.
  5. The room rates may vary for Holi, Diwali, Christmas, New Year, and periods including public holidays and long weekends.
  6. The room rates are subject to change at the management’s discretion without prior notification. Kindly refer to our detailed Terms and Conditions for the cancellation policy.
  7. Separate bed in the room will be made for bookings received for an Extra Adult or booking for a Child (6 to 11 years).
  8. No mattress or baby cot will be provided for child below 6 years.
  9. In case the guest loses their room key, ₹2500/- will be charged to the guest.
  10. All room tariffs are non-refundable and no date change is permitted under any circumstances
  11. To avail the flexible tariff please contact the resort directly between the operational hours of 9 am to 9 pm. (terms and conditions applicable)
